What are the Different Sessions Available?
Kaplan Professional offers a range of information sessions across the country. These sessions are offered at different times and in different formats, to make it easier for you to get the information you need, when you need it. Click on the name of the session below to find out what that session covers.
Roundtable sessions
The roundtable sessions are intimate get-togethers held during evenings and lunchtimes throughout the country. The sessions cater for up to 20 people and feature an informal presentation on the benefits of studying with Kaplan Professional and an overview of our postgraduate course offerings and study tools. Student Advisers will also be present to discuss your individual study needs and answer any questions you may have. The roundtable sessions are suited to individuals working in the city who prefer smaller, tailored sessions.
Evening sessions
The evening sessions are scheduled after work in CBD locations for your convenience. These sessions feature a formal presentation on the benefits of studying with Kaplan Professional and an overview of our postgraduate course offerings and study tools. There will be opportunities at the end of each session to speak to a Kaplan Professional representative about your individual study needs and get answers to any questions you may have. Some evening sessions will also feature members of our practitioner-faculty or a current student. These sessions are ideally suited to individuals working in the CBD.
One-on-one express sessions
Kaplan Professional's one-on-one express sessions are available from 9.30am – 4.30pm every week day. You’ll be able to talk one-on-one with a Student Adviser about your individual study needs and get answers to any questions you may have. These sessions are ideal for busy professionals working in the CBD who may only be able to spare a short time outside of their lunch hour. All you need to do is phone to make an appointment with a Student Adviser. If you’re in Sydney you can also drop into our office at any time to speak with a Student Adviser.
Phone consultations
Phone consultations with experienced Student Advisers can be booked to fit into your schedule during business hours. During these consultations you'll be able to discuss your individual study needs and get answers to any questions you may have. These consultations can be as short or as long as you need to help you make the right study choice for you. Phone consultations are great for individuals that either work outside the CBD or struggle to find some personal time during their busy working day.
