Financial Services - How to Enrol Guide

About enrolment:

  • Online is quicker: Enrol online (credit cards accepted are AMEX, VISA, Mastercard) for access to My Kaplan within 24 hours*), and an invoice and a receipt within one business day. For fax enrolments, allow a delay of five working days (credit cards accepted by fax are Visa and Mastercard).
    *My Kaplan allows you to confirm your payment details and enrolment information. You are also registered to receive the course materials as they become available.
  • About your learning materials: If learning materials are included in your course fee, they will be sent to the address nominated on your enrolment form a few days prior to the course starting. If you are enroling late, please allow 10 working days for course materials to arrive.
  • Late enrolments: We may grant enrolments after the trimester commences. However, these students will not be eligible for extensions on assessment dates, deferrals, refunds or special consideration.

2. Review the Timetables and Study Information

View all the Timetables. The Study Information page provides information including policies, recognition & exemptions and forms.

3. Consider becoming a Finsia member to save on your course fees*

The Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia) is the leading professional body for the financial services industry. All Finsia members can save up to 10% on their course fees.

Simply visit the website (link above) and apply for Finsia membership before you enrol, and retain the Promotion Code for enrolment. Applying online is the fastest way to receive your discount. 

*Excluding Graduate Diploma of Corporate Governance of ASX Listed Entities.

4. Payment process

Have your credit card, Finsia Promotion Code, course and subject details ready. If you prefer not to pay by credit card online, a fax option is available.

Please note:

  • New postgraduate students are required to provide certified documentary evidence of tertiary qualifications after enrolling.
  • All students should check that they meet the subject pre-requisites and/or assumed knowledge requirements.
