Want to win an Apple iPad? To celebrate the launch of our new eBooks, postgraduate students can go into the draw to win 1 of 3 Apple iPads. You can now use your iPad to access our new eBook postgraduate study notes — giving you more time to study, more places to study, more efficiency and less time wastage.

To be eligible for the draw you must enrol in, and pay for, a Kaplan Professional postgraduate subject for study in Trimester 3 2010, which starts Monday 20 September 2010.

The more Kaplan Professional postgraduate subjects you enrol in, the more entries you will receive in the draw.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The ‘iPad Competition’ Promotion commences Monday 2 August 2010 and ceases 5pm AEST Friday 29 October 2010.
  2. Information on how to enter the ‘iPad Competition’ Promotion and its rewards forms part of these Conditions of Entry.

The Prize

  1. The Prize is one (1) of three (3) Apple iPads valued at $629 each.
  2. The Prize is ‘not transferable’, ‘not exchangeable’, and ‘not redeemable for cash’.
  3. The Prize does not include any contractual arrangements, and all contracts and costs are the ongoing responsibility of the prize winner.

Conditions of Entry

  1. For this Promotion, entrants must enrol in and pay in full the total cost for one (1) Kaplan Professional Postgraduate Subject at the Trimester 3 enrolment intake, which starts Monday 20 September 2010.
  2. For this Promotion, entrants are eligible for one (1) entry into the Prize Draw for every one (1) Kaplan Professional Postgraduate Subject enrolled in for Trimester 3 2010, which starts Monday 20 September 2010.
  3. For this Promotion, entrants must not withdraw from the Kaplan Professional Postgraduate Course Subject in which they have enrolled in Trimester 3 2010 and claim a refund.
  4. This Promotion is not open to directors, management, or employees of Kaplan Professional Pty Ltd.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion at any time, to verify the validity of entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or does not act in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
  6. The Promoter is only responsible for the fee associated with one (1) of three (3) Apple iPads.

Prize Draw

  1. The manner of award will be that of chance for the Prize Draw.
  2. All successful entrants into the Prize Draw will be notified by phone and email.
  3. The Prize Draw will be held at 10am AEST Wednesday 3 November 2010.
  4. The Prize Draw will take place at Kaplan Professional (Level 4, 45 Clarence St Sydney NSW).

Prize Notification

  1. The Prize Winners will be notified no later than Friday 5 November 2010 by phone and email. Regular attempts over a two (2) week period will be made to contact the Prize Winners.
  2. The Prize Winners will be announced on our website on Monday 8 November 2010, and their name will be published in Edition 4 of the Kaptivate Student Newsletter.
  3. If the Prize remains unclaimed after 90 days, The Promoter will conduct a second chance draw at 10am AEST Monday 7 February 2011 at Kaplan Professional (Level 4, 45 Clarence St Sydney NSW).

Prize Claim

  1. To claim the Prize of one (1) of three (3) Apple iPads valued at $629 each, the Prize Winners will need to adhere to the Conditions of Entry listed above.
