Derivatives in Practice, designed as the next step up from Kaplan Professional’s Understanding Derivatives short course, provides the opportunity for attendees to come to grips with the practicalities of using derivatives in real life. The course will discuss the mechanics of trading and hedging using common derivatives products.

What will I learn? At the end of the course, you will be able to explain trading, hedging or investment strategies in relation to bank bill futures, forward rate agreements, Commonwealth Government Treasury bonds, swaps, options, warrants and equity swaps.
