Understanding Debt
|
Banks and other financial institutions trade billions of dollars in the Australian debt market every day. How debt is traded and the prices paid affect how governments finance deficits, how businesses raise money to fund operations, and how investors invest. With a type of debt to suit every purpose and organisation, the debt market is a significant part of the Australian financial system, and it continues to grow and become more sophisticated. This course covers the specific features of debt and how the market operates.
