Practitioner Roles Available
Kaplan Professional is always keen to increase its pool of experienced industry practitioners. Kaplan Professional’s practitioner-faculty is recruited on the basis of:
- demonstrate industry experience, knowledge and expertise within a specific discipline
- presentation experience and/or experience in delivering education programs (in adjunct faculty and/or training and development roles)
- communication skills
- profile and reputation within their industry segment
- reliability
- advocacy for Kaplan Professional's programs and values
- passion for financial services, education and the development of others and the industry itself
In addition to the above common requirements, the following matrix indicates additional criteria by course that people wishing to be practitioners need to satisfy:

Other than Task Force roles which are annual appointments, practitioner engagements are typically on a casual, task by task basis.

It’s not necessary for us to advertise every vacancy because we are often able to draw from a pool of prospective practitioners who have contacted us in anticipation of a suitable opportunity one day arising.

Our course accreditation terms require us to retain certified copies of relevant academic qualification certificates held by people who work for us in a practitioner capacity. If an opportunity presents that is appropriate for us to discuss with you, please be aware that you will be asked for this documentation at that time.
