Career overview

Paul has over 21 years' experience servicing some of Australia's largest domestic and international investment managers and insurers, corporate superannuation funds and government authorities.

He has been responsible for managing strategic client relationships; developing new business opportunities and implementations; and managing large operations, product and support teams.

Previous roles include:

• Head of Product Services, State Street Australia Limited
• Director, Focus Investment Management
• Head of Operations, HP Investment Management.

Paul is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia).

Current role

In his current role, Paul is responsible for:

• managing organisation expense and ensuring appropriate resource allocations to meet operational and servicing needs of State Street Australia Limited clients
• leading and promoting change management and corporate strategy initiatives across all State Street Australia Limited business areas
• contributing to the senior management team's business planning, goal setting and decisions and initiatives
• actively participating in local and regional industry affairs
• keeping up to date on legislative requirements and standard
