After running his own business for 5 years, Peter moved to mid-tier accounting firm PKF to run their financial planning business in Sydney. As the Managing Director of PKF Financial Services Pty Limited and Responsible Officer for the PKF Australian Financial Services Licence, Peter was directly responsible for a team of 7 financial planners and indirectly responsible for the financial planning and superannuation advice given by more than 20 authorised representatives around Australia. In 2007, Peter organised and handled the sale of PKF Financial Services in Sydney and Brisbane to Centric Wealth. Peter was recognised as one of the top 4 financial planners in Australia by Money Management Magazine in 2002. Current roleIn his role as Senior Financial Planner, Peter looks after a client base of more than 150 private clients. He also provides expert testimonies for litigation cases and speaks regularly at seminars for clients and accounting firms. Contribution to Kaplan Professional (formerly SIA and Finsia)Peter is a Task Force member and lecturer for the FIN213 Superannuation and Retirement Planning postgraduate subject. In 2004, Peter was voted Finsia’s Postgraduate Lecturer of the Year.
