What we offer
To start your career in real estate you’ll need to hold a Certificate of Registration. Our entry-level Course in Property Practice will help you meet the educational requirements needed to apply to OFT for your certificate. The program is offered via self-study or a comprehensive 3-day workshop.
Our Licence Programs help you meet the educational requirements needed to be a licensed real estate agent in NSW. Kaplan Professional offers the Licence Program, ideal for new starters in the industry or for experienced agents who need to complete specific units of competency, and the Intensive Licence Program, which is ideal for professionals with three or more years experience in real estate who want to complete their training in a convenient, time-efficient manner.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs
If you hold a NSW real estate agent's licence or Certificate of Registration, you are required to undertake continuing professional development (CPD) training each year.
