NSW Auctioneer's Accreditation

To become an Accredited Auctioneer in New South Wales you are required by the NSW Office of Fair Trading (OFT) to successfully complete 2 units of competence.

  • Licenced real estate agents wishing to become an Accredited Auctioneer.

What would I achieve upon completion?

With Kaplan Professional you can complete the 2 units needed to become an Accredited Auctioneer. Upon completion you will need to apply to the Office of Fair Trading to have your licence endorsed as an Accredited Auctioneeer.

Study Options

You can complete this training program via eLearning or through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). A skills assessment is required to be completed for CPPDSM4004A Conduct Auction.

eLearning

We offer a state of the art eLearning centre which is a flexible online working space where you can complete your training at a time and place that suits you. This flexible learning option allows you to study at your own pace – wherever you are – and adjust your study load to meet your needs. You will receive all materials and resources needed to complete the program online.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL is a formal assessment process that recognises your current skill and knowledge. If you have the necessary experience and skill you may be competent in one or more of the units even though you have not completed recognised training.
