Note: NSW Fair Trading issue all Certificates of Registration and licenses. Application forms can be downloaded from their website. Whilst all participants are provided with equal opportunity to complete their studies some participants who have a criminal record may not be able to obtain their Certificate of Registration or Licence. What would I achieve upon completion? Upon successful completion you will gain the fundamental knowledge to enable you to work in the NSW real estate sector. You will also be able to apply to NSW Fair Trading for a Certificate of Registration. Study OptionsWe can tailor a study option to meet your needs. Kaplan Professional's NSW Certificate of Registration Program can be completed by eLearning or if you can demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge, through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) RPL is a formal assessment process that recognises your current skill and knowledge. If you have the necessary experience and skill you may be competent in one or more of the units even though you have not completed recognised training.

This flexible learning option allows you to study at your own pace – wherever you are – and adjust your study load to meet your needs.
