Who Should Enrol

This program is ideal for:

Individuals wishing to be an onsite residential property manager

Note: NSW Fair Trading issue all Certificates of Registration and licences. Application forms can be downloaded from their website. Whilst all participants are provided with equal opportunity to complete their studies some participants who have a criminal record may not be able to obtain their Certificate of Registration or Licence.

What would I achieve upon completion?

Upon successful completion you will meet the education requirements to apply to the NSW Fair Trading to become an Onsite Residential Property Manager.

Study Options

This program is delivered via a combination of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and eLearning. You can complete this program using the delivery method that suits you and your schedule.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
RPL is a formal assessment process that recognises your current skill and knowledge. If you have the necessary experience and skill you may be competent in one or more of the units even though you have not completed recognised training.

eLearning
We offer a state of the art eLearning centre which is a flexible online working space where you complete your training at a time and place that suits you. This flexible learning option allows you to study at your own pace – wherever you are – and adjust your study-load to meet your needs. It’s easy to use and convenient. You will receive all materials and resources needed to complete the program online.

Assessments must be completed for each unit and are submitted online. Technical support from industry practitioners is available via email or telephone.
