Note: Office of Consumer and Business Affairs (OCBA) are responsible for registration in SA. Whilst all participants are provided with equal opportunity to complete their studies some participants who have a criminal record may not be able to apply to become a Sales Representative or Registered Land Agent. Upon successful completion you will be awarded a CPP5037 Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) which meets the educational requirements needed to apply to OCBA to become a Registered Land Agent.* Training Program InformationIn South Australia, to become a Registered Land Agent must complete a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) frrom the CPP50307 Property Services Training Package. Study OptionsRegistered Land Agent's Program (RPL/Workshop) By recognising your past experience through RPL we can reduce the classroom study time required to just 8 days, which means you can apply to become a Registered Land Agent sooner. Any units not recognised can be completed via eLearning. The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process is used to determine which program is suitable to your needs and experience. |

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)RPL is a formal assessment process to assist applicants to gain exemptions toward the requirements for the SA Registered Land Agent’s Intensive Licence Program. It formally recognises the skills and knowledge earned by learning from other courses, life experience, work experience or any training provided at work. These components are then measured against the requirements of the program. The RPL process requires the presentation of evidence to support claims for recognition of competency. The type of evidence that can be presented in support of an RPL application can take many different forms. It can be verbal, written or a demonstration of skill.
