Note: OCBA issue all Sales Representative Certificates Application forms can be downloaded from their website. Whilst all participants are provided with equal opportunity to complete their studies some participants who have a criminal record may not be able to obtain their Sales Represtatives Certificate. What would I achieve upon completion?

Upon successful completion, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment verifying successful completion of necessary units.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL is a formal assessment process that recognises your current skill and knowledge. If you have the necessary experience and skill you may be competent in one or more of the units even though you have not completed recognised training. eLearning

We offer a state of the art eLearning centre which is a flexible online working space where you complete your training at a time and place that suits you. This flexible learning option allows you to study at your own pace – wherever you are – and adjust your study-load to meet your needs. It’s easy to use and convenient. You will receive all materials and resources needed to complete the program online.

Workshop

Workshops are programmed and delivered at regular intervals throughout the year. Units are grouped into topic areas and delivered in a face to face format by qualified trainers with real estate experience. Please click here for upcoming workshop dates. You need to enrol into the workshop a minimum for 48 hours prior to the workshop commencing.

Assessments must be completed for each unit and are submitted online. Technical support from industry practitioners is available via email or telephone.
