WA Real Estate and Business Agent's Licence Program

To become a Real Estate and Business Agent in WA you must complete the educational program plus meet all of the other requirements as specified by the Real Estate and Business Agents Supervisory Board (REBA). Note: REBA issue all Certificates of Registration and licenses. Application forms can be downloaded from their website. Whilst all participants are provided with equal opportunity to complete their studies some participants who have a criminal record may not be able to obtain their Certificate of Registration or Licence. What would I achieve upon completion?

Upon successful completion you will meet the educational requirements needed to apply to REBA for a WA Real Estate and Business Agents Licence.

Training Program Information

In Western Australia, to become a Real Estate and Business Agent you must complete a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) from the CPP50307 Property Services Training Package.

Study Options

This program is delivered via a combination of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), eLearning and workshops. You can complete this program using the delivery method that suits you and your schedule. The choice is yours! Choose to complete your program by a combination of RPL, eLearning and workshops – all for the one price.






Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL is a formal assessment process that recognises your current skill and knowledge. If you have the necessary experience and skill you may be competent in one or more of the units even though you have not completed recognised training. eLearning

We offer a state of the art eLearning centre which is a flexible online working space where you complete your training at a time and place that suits you. This flexible learning option allows you to study at your own pace – wherever you are – and adjust your study-load to meet your needs. It’s easy to use and convenient. You will receive all materials and resources needed to complete the program online.

Workshop

Workshops are programmed and delivered at regular intervals throughout the year. Units are grouped into topic areas and delivered in a face to face format by qualified trainers with real estate experience. Please click here for upcoming workshop dates. You need to enrol into the workshop a minimum for 48 hours prior to the workshop commencing.

Assessments must be completed for each unit and are submitted online. Technical support from industry practitioners is available via email or telephone.

  • Full Licence program: $3,325
  • Individual unit: $155
  • Individual workshop price: $285
  • RPL Application fee (non refundable): $150
