WA Registration Program - Sales Stream

If you want to sell real estate you'll need to hold a Sales Representative Registration in WA. Kaplan Professional's WA Representative Registration Program (Sales stream) meets the educational requirements needed to apply for a Sales Representative Registration which is issued by the Consumer Protection division of the Department of Commerce.

Who Should Enrol

Our WA Registration Program - Sales Stream is ideal for:

New entrants to the to the real estate industry
Personal assistants to real estate agents

Note: The Department of Commerce issues all registrations and licences in WA. Application forms can be downloaded from their website. Whilst all participants are provided with equal opportunity to complete their studies some participants who have a criminal record may not be able to obtain their Certificate of Registration or Licence.

What would I achieve upon completion?

Our WA Registration Program - Sales Stream provides you with the knowledge and educational requirements needed to apply to the Department of Commerce for Sales Representative Registration. Once individuals have their Sales Representative Registration, they may work in in a sales or support role under the supervision of a licence holder.

Study Options

This program can be completed by eLearning or if you can demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge, through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

eLearning

We offer a state of the art eLearning centre which is a flexible online working space where you can complete your training at a time and place that suits you. This flexible learning option allows you to study at your own pace – wherever you are – and adjust your study load to meet your needs. You will receive all materials and resources needed to complete the program online.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL is a formal assessment process that recognises your current skill and knowledge. If you have the necessary experience and skill you may be competent in one or more of the units even though you have not completed recognised training.

Assessment

This program is assessed using a variety of methods including; multiple choice and short answer questions, case studies and completion of required real estate documentation.
