WA Registration Program (Sales stream)

If you want to sell real estate you'll need to hold a Certificate of Registration in WA. Kaplan Professional's WA Certificate of Registration Program (sales stream) meets the educational requirements needed to apply for a Certificate of Registration which is issued by the Real Estate and Business Agents Supervisory Board (REBA).

Who Should Enrol

Our WA Registration Training Program is ideal for:

• New entrants to the to the real estate industry
• Principals and/or Office Managers at real estate agencies recruiting new sales staff
• Personal assistants to real estate agents 

Note: The Real Estate and Business Agents Supervisory Board (REBA) issue all Certificates of Registration and licenses. Application forms can be downloaded from their website. Whilst all participants are provided with equal opportunity to complete their studies some participants who have a criminal record may not be able to obtain their Certificate of Registration or License. Contact REBA for more information.

What would I achieve upon completion?

Our WA Registration provides students with the knowledge and educational requirements needed to apply to REBA for a Certificate of Registration. Once individuals have their Certificate of Registration, they may work in in a sales or support role under the supervision of a licence holder.

Note: Individuals cannot be registered with REBA until they are employed by a licensed real estate agent. Certificates of Registration are issued for a 3 year period.

• CPPDSM4003A Appraise property
• CPPDSM4012A List property for sale
• CPPDSM4014A Market property for sale
• CPPDSM4022A Sell and finalise the sale of property by private treaty 

Study Options

We can tailor a study option to meet your needs. Kaplan Professional's WA Registration Program can be completed by eLearning or if you can demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge, through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL is a formal assessment process to assist applicants to gain exemptions toward the requirements for the WA Registration Program. It formally recognises the skills and knowledge earned by learning from other courses, life experience, work experience or any training provided at work. These are then measured against the requirements of the program.

The RPL process requires the presentation of evidence to support claims for recognition of competency. The type of evidence that can be presented in support of an RPL application can take many different forms. It can be verbal, written or a demonstration of skill.
