    • Registration (sales and property managers) holders wishing to meet their elective CPD requirements
    • Real estate and business agent licence holders wishing to meet their elective CPD requirements
    • All individuals in the industry interested in developing their skills and knowledge to maintain a competitive edge in the industry
  • Industry requirement

    The Department of Commerce requires real estate agents and business agents and sales representatives, including those restricted to property management, to acquire 10 CPD points each calendar year.

    The 10 CPD points must be obtained by taking part in mandatory and elective training activities as specified in the WA CPD Guide.

    Kaplan’s WA elective CPD Program will give you the education required to obtain your elective CPD requirements and continue a successful career in real estate. 

    Upon successful completion of the Kaplan WA CPD program, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion as evidence of training undertaken. 

    Please note that you will also be required to undertake mandatory CPD with another provider. Visit WA Department of Commerce for more information on WA CPD requirements.

    This program is delivered online through Kaplan’s eLearning Management System to provide a flexible online working space which enables you to complete your training anywhere, anytime and at a pace that suits your needs.

  • Enrolment

    As this is an online program, you may enrol into this program at any time and begin studying immediately upon enrolment.

  • Duration and time frames

    Access to the course will be provided for 90 days from your enrolment date, however you may complete the course at any time prior to the expiry date.

    Please note that you should complete your assessments and receive your certificate prior to 13 December each year.

    Extensions are available at an additional cost.

    Assessment for this program may include, but is not limited to:

    • Completion of forms
    • Video submission

     You are entitled to a total of 2 attempts at your assessment. If you exhaust your assessment attempts you will need re-enrol into the program at an additional fee.
