ELEVEN’s Executive Leadership Program creates an environment to help individuals understand their true self and what makes them unique. Based on the latest findings from neuroscience, psychology and social anthropology, this innovative program creates an environment to dynamically disrupt existing leadership styles and habits, allowing individuals to realise and unleash their full potential.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Designed to stand out from traditional programs, the Executive Leadership Program will help individuals understand their true self – their inspirations, aspirations and passions – and encourage them to further their development of 11 key attributes in order to become an extraordinary leader.
By gaining deeper insight into their biases, perceptions and sense of self, this program creates a challenging but safe environment that facilitates the kind of deep learning and growth individuals need to maximise their confidence and performance as a leader.

The Executive Leadership Program has been developed specifically for executive leaders (or soon-to-become executive leaders) who aspire to a higher level or to make a greater impact in their role.
The program provides corporate cohorts with a cohesive and valuable experience designed to help intellectually curious executives reignite their leadership purpose and passion.

PROGRAM ARCHITECTURE
Delivered either face-to-face or online to suit your individual circumstances, the Executive Leadership Program comprises targeted, interactive modules within the contexts of self, others and impact. Underpinned by the 11 attributes, the program architecture spans a 12-month learning pathway and is designed to stimulate sensory, learning and cognitive preferences through diverse, multi-sensory delivery methods.
The face-to-face program creates an environment designed to maximise learning and connection for a corporate cohort – including venue, catering, breakout areas, group sizes and timing. The 100% online program allows corporate cohorts the flexibility to attend from anywhere and the ability to interact with our expert facilitators, executive coaches and peers in real-time for maximum engagement and support. FACE-TO-FACE PROGRAM
Allows you to identify behavioural tendencies, learning preferences and development opportunities in order to create your tailored learning pathway.
Delivered monthly, these full-day workshops allow you to work with and learn from our experienced facilitators, as well as a small cohort of 8-10 senior peers.
Choose from a collection of interactive and engaging seminars and workshops delivered by experienced facilitators to enhance your learning experience.
Choose from a series of case studies, e-learning modules and webinars delivered over the course of the program to reinforce your learnings.
Choose from a panel of coaches to provide you with guidance and support in these one-on-one sessions to discuss your progress and implementation of your learnings.
Unlimited access to expert facilitators, executive coaches and your cohort of senior peers provides ongoing support, feedback and learning.
If selected, these sessions provide an opportunity for your manager or sponsor to be involved in your experience and support your development.
