ELEVEN’s Future Leaders Program directly targets the concepts of self-leadership, environmental leadership, psychological leadership and the neuroscience of social behaviours in order to disrupt existing approaches to leadership and help you embrace your own leadership style.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Based on the foundation principles of ELEVEN’s Executive Leadership Program, the Future Leaders Program will help you explore your authenticity and further your leadership potential to thrive in dynamic environments.

This state-of-the-art program is centred on the development of 11 key attributes and provides meaningful insight into your personal behaviours and the impact of those behaviours on others, while helping you to future-proof your leadership by building your confidence, agility and resourcefulness.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

The Future Leaders Program has been developed specifically for aspiring, new or mid-tier people or process leaders who are intellectually curious, and driven to create change and take their leadership potential to the next level.

By first gaining deeper insight into your sense of self and defining the type of leader you would like to be, this program is designed to empower you to create trust and transparency as your leadership legacy.

PROGRAM ARCHITECTURE

Delivered either face-to-face or online to suit your individual circumstances, the Future Leaders program is focused on three areas: self, others and impact. Underpinned by the 11 attributes, the program architecture is designed to stimulate sensory, learning and cognitive preferences through diverse, multi-sensory delivery methods. 

The face-to-face program creates an environment designed to maximise learning and connection with your cohort – including venue, catering, breakout areas, group sizes and timing. The 100% online program allows you the flexibility to attend from anywhere and the ability to interact with our expert facilitators, executive coaches and your cohort of peers in real-time for maximum engagement and support. 

FACE-TO-FACE PROGRAM

Allows you to identify thinking preferences and development opportunities in order to maximise your learning experience.

Explore your authenticity and ignite your leadership purpose in these full-day workshops. In the final module, you will embrace the leader you want to become.

A series of activities delivered over the course of the program to reinforce your learnings from each module.

This one-on-one session will provide you with guidance and support, and allow you to discuss your progress and implementation of your learnings.

Access to expert facilitators, executive coaches and your cohort of peers provides ongoing support, feedback and consolidated learnings.

ONLINE PROGRAM

Allows you to identify thinking preferences and development opportunities in order to maximise your learning experience.
