Program overview

ELEVEN’s Executive Leadership Program creates an environment to help individuals understand their true self and what makes them unique.

Designed to stand out from traditional programs, the Executive Leadership Program will help individuals understand their true self – their inspirations, aspirations and passions – and encourage them to further their development of 11 key attributes in order to become an extraordinary leader.

By gaining deeper insight into their biases, perceptions and sense of self, this program creates a challenging but safe environment that facilitates the kind of deep learning and growth individuals need to maximise their confidence and performance as a leader.

Executive leaders

The Executive Leadership Program has been developed specifically for executive leaders (or soon-to-become executive leaders) who aspire to a higher level or to make a greater impact in their role. .

The program provides corporate cohorts with a cohesive and valuable experience designed to help intellectually curious executives reignite their leadership purpose and passion

Program Architecture

Face to face

Pre-program self-assessment and work

Allows you to identify behavioural tendencies, learning preferences and development opportunities in order to create your tailored learning pathway.

9 x face-to-face core workshops

Delivered monthly, these full-day​ workshops allow you to work with​ and learn from our experienced​ facilitators, as well as a small cohort of 8-10 senior peers.

Face-to-face electives

Choose from a collection of interactive and engaging seminars and workshops delivered by experienced facilitators to enhance your learning experience.

Online electives

Choose from a series of case studies, e-learning modules and webinars delivered over the course of the program to reinforce your learnings.

3 x executive coaching sessions

Choose from a panel of coaches to provide you with guidance and support in these one-on-one sessions to discuss your progress and implementation of your learnings.

Community engagement

Unlimited access to expert facilitators, executive coaches and your cohort of senior peers provides ongoing support, feedback and learning.

Optional inclusions

2 x manager briefing sessions

If selected, these sessions provide an opportunity for your manager or sponsor to be involved in your experience and support your development.

360 post-program assessment

Allows you to reflect on your ELEVEN journey and identify opportunities for further development.

Brains Trust community

Join other ELEVEN alumni to workshop ideas, challenges and opportunities in these quarterly meetings.

Philanthropy tour

Invitation to give back to an overseas community in need and provide you with an opportunity to live the ELEVEN attributes.

Online

Pre-program self-assessment and work

Allows you to identify behavioural tendencies, learning preferences and development opportunities in order to create your tailored learning pathway and to assist in preparing you for each workshop component.

10 x core workshops

These 3-hour​ workshops allow you to work with​ and learn from our experienced​ facilitators, as well as a small cohort of 6-8 senior peers (domestic and global).

12 x online electives

Choose from a series of case studies, podcasts, e-learning modules and webinars delivered over the course of the program to reinforce your learnings.

3 x executive coaching sessions

Choose from a panel of coaches (domestic and global) to provide you with guidance and support in these one-on-one sessions to discuss your progress and implementation of your learnings.

Community engagement
