The Introduction to Finance and Mortgage Broking Administration Program will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to assist with the organisation, administration and control of the back office of a mortgage advisory business. This includes the processing of applications, the ability to effectively communicate with clients, and compliance administration.

Individuals who successfully complete the Introduction to Finance and Mortgage Broking Administration program may apply to the CFMIA to carry the ‘Mort Admin (Spec)’ designation.

Individuals who complete the Introduction to Finance and Mortgage Broking Administration program may wish to enrol into Understanding Alternative Lending Products. If an individual has completed both of these programs and would like to further develop their skills and knowledge in the finance industry, they may choose to complete Kaplan Professional’s FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or the FNS50315 Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Individuals must complete all five (5) online quizzes within 12 weeks of activating this program and achieve a pass rate of 70% in each online quiz, to successfully complete the Introduction to Finance and Mortgage Broking Administration program.
