On successful completion of NSW Real Estate Licence Program, you will be awarded a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) CPP40307. Note: The NSW Certificate of Registration is a pre-requisite to this program. If you have not completed these units, you will be required to enrol into the NSW Certificate of Registration Program as well, or apply for Recognition of Prior Learning for these units.

In order to enrol in this NSW Licensing Program, you must have completed the units in the NSW Certificate of Registration program. A certified copy of your Statement of Attainment listing current units of competency must be provided upon enrolment. If you have not completed the Certificate of Registration units, you will be required to enrol into the NSW Certificate of Registration Program or apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for these units. Please refer to the Fees tab for additional costs which may apply.
All participants are provided with equal opportunity to complete their studies with Kaplan, however some participants may not be eligible to obtain their Certificate of Registration or Licence with NSW Fair Trading. This course requires you to read comprehensive learner workbooks, complete a range of written assessments, undertake independent research activities and at times engage in online forums and discussions. Furthermore, the delivery mode relies on the extensive use of written communication.

To become a licensed real estate agent in NSW you must complete the relevant educational program and any other requirement as prescribed by NSW Fair Trading.
Kaplan Professional’s NSW Real Estate Licence Program meets these educational requirements and provides you with the skills and knowledge you need to work in the industry.
Students who successfully complete Kaplan’s NSW Licence Program will receive a qualification for CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) with the following units of competency:

You are entitled to a total of two (2) attempts at your assessment. If you exhaust your assessment attempts you will need re-enrol into the program at a fee.
You may be entitled to receive Recognition of Prior Learning for existing knowledge and skills. RPL is a formal assessment process that recognises your current skill and knowledge. If you have the necessary experience and skill you may be competent in one or more of the units even though you have not completed recognised training.
RPL assessment will recognise what you know and apply it to the real estate program that you want to complete. This will reduce the time you need to spend studying and the number of units you need to complete.
