ELEVEN’s Executive Leadership Program will help you unleash your full potential and take you to an 11/10 in every aspect of your life. Designed to stand out from traditional programs, this innovative program creates an environment to help you understand your true self and further your development of 11 key attributes in order to become an extraordinary leader.

Developed by a group of neuroscientists, psychologists and psychotherapists, ELEVEN’s Executive Leadership Program begins with a self-assessment of your thinking and learning preferences to create a personal learning pathway completely tailored to you. Delivered over 12 months, the program architecture comprises targeted, interactive and experiential modules within the contexts of self, others and place to achieve meaningful personal and professional development.

PROGRAM ARCHITECTURE

Delivered over a period of 12 months (approximately 1 day per month), ELEVEN’s Executive Leadership Program is designed to stimulate all of your sensory, learning and cognitive preferences through multi-sensory adaptive learning to provide real and sustained behavioural change.

Pre-program self-assessment

Allows you to identify behavioural tendencies, learning preferences and development opportunities in order to create your tailored learning pathway.

9 x face-to-face core workshops

Delivered monthly, these full-day workshops allow you to work with and learn from our experienced facilitators, as well as a small cohort of 8-10 senior peers.

9 x face-to-face electives

Choose from a collection of interactive and engaging seminars and workshops delivered by experienced facilitators to enhance your learning experience.

9 x online electives

Choose from a series of case studies, e-learning modules and webinars delivered over the course of the program to complement and reinforce your learnings.

Community engagement

Unlimited access to expert facilitators, executive coaches and your cohort of senior peers provides ongoing support, feedback and learning.

3 x executive coaching sessions

Choose from a panel of coaches to provide you with guidance and support, and allow you to discuss your progress and implementation of your learnings.

2 x manager briefing sessions*

If selected, these sessions can provide an opportunity for your manager or sponsor to be involved in your experience and support your development.

360 post-program psychometric assessment*

Provides you with an opportunity to reflect on your ELEVEN journey, followed by a debrief with an executive coach to discuss your results and further development.

Philanthropy tour*

Invitation to give back to those in need, providing you with an opportunity to live the ELEVEN attributes in an overseas community that would benefit most.

FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM

Based on the foundation principles of ELEVEN’s Executive Leadership Program, the Future Leaders Program will help you explore your authenticity and further your leadership potential to thrive in dynamic environments.

This state-of-the-art program is centred on the development of 11 key attributes and provides meaningful insight into your personal behaviours and the impact of those behaviours on others, while helping you to future-proof your leadership by building your confidence, agility and resourcefulness. Coupled with the practical application of the latest neuroscience research, ELEVEN’s Future Leaders Program is focused on attributes fundamental to human interaction and essential for 21st century leadership.

PROGRAM ARCHITECTURE

In order to embed the learning experience, ELEVEN’s Future Leaders Program spans a 6-month learning pathway within the contexts of self (Leader Within) and others (Leader Emerging), and utilises diverse learning modalities to provide real and sustained behavioural change.

Pre-program self-assessment

Allows you to identify behavioural tendencies, learning preferences and development opportunities in order to maximise your learning experience.

3 x Leader Within workshops

Explore your authenticity in these full-day face-to-face workshops with our experience facilitators and a cohort of 20 peers.

3 x Leader Emerging workshops

You will be empowered to ignite your leadership purpose in these full-day face-to-face workshops with our experienced facilitators and a cohort of 20 peers.

6 x action learning activities

A series of activities delivered over the course of Leader Within (3) and Leader Emerging (3) to reinforce your learnings from the face-to-face workshops.

2 x group mentoring sessions

Provides an opportunity to reflect on your learnings as a group with your cohort and a guest executive coach from ELEVEN’s Executive Leadership Program.

Community engagement

Access to expert facilitators, executive coaches and your cohort of peers provides ongoing support, feedback and consolidated learnings.


Note: Leader Within can be delivered as a stand-alone program or combined with Leader Emerging to create a comprehensive leadership development experience. Leader Emerging cannot be delivered as a stand-alone program and must be preceded by Leader Within.
