500 fully-funded vocational education scholarships now available

 

The implications of COVID-19 have deeply affected Australians from all walks of life. During such challenging times, supporting each other has become even more crucial.

To offer our support to those who may need it, Kaplan Professional is pleased to announce we’ve made available 500 scholarships for new and existing students to study one of a number of our vocational education qualifications and non-accredited short courses.

Applications are open to adults of all ages and experience who may be facing hardship or a recent adverse change in employment due to the coronavirus crisis.

We hope this opportunity can provide a meaningful endeavour for people to learn new skills and knowledge to re-emerge in the workforce as quickly as possible.

Who is eligible for a scholarship?

 

To be eligible for a scholarship, the applicant must satisfy the following criteria:

  1. At least 18 years of age
  2. An Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, holder of a permanent humanitarian visa, or a New Zealand citizen living in Australia
  3. Demonstrate financial hardship related to COVID-19
  4. Not yet commenced studies in the selected scholarship course
  5. Meet the entry requirements for the selected scholarship course, including Language, Literacy and Numeracy, Computing and Skill requirements
  1. Request a scholarship application form.
  2. Ensure all sections of the form have been completed to the best of your knowledge. Name the document as follows: Surname_Firstname_GWScholarship2020_Application.
  3. Ensure all supporting documents are complete and attached. Name the documents as follows: Surname_Firstname_GWScholarship2020_[Document Name]
  4. Please email to mail@kaplan.edu.au by 5:00pm (AEST) on 30 June 2020 with the subject line ‘Goodwill Scholarship Application 2020’.

 

Applications will be assessed as they are received, so we encourage you to apply as early as possible. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that, at the time of your application, there are scholarships remaining.
