Who should apply?

The Future Leaders Program has been developed specifically for aspiring, new or mid-tier people.

Or process leaders who are intellectually curious, and driven to create change and take their leadership potential to the next level.

By gaining deeper insight into their sense of self and defining the type of leader they would like to be, this program is designed to empower individuals to create trust and transparency as your leadership legacy.

OUTCOMES

What will you gain?

A stronger sense of self, what you stand for as a person and a leader

Ability to recognise how cognitive bias can impact leadership

Increased communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to integrate business needs with authentic behaviour

Insight into different levels of leadership thinking and responsibility

Understanding of the dynamic between leadership and management

Insight into diverse thinking styles within teams

Ability to manage uncertainty and respond to organisational shifts

Understanding of what it takes to become a deliberate leader

Ability to apply learnings and effect change within your environment

… and most importantly, the CONFIDENCE to lead!

What do we solve for?

I am recognised as talent, but what do they see in me?

I am leading a team who are more experienced than me. How do I do that?

I know what type of leader I don’t want to be. It’s time to define the sort of leader I want to be.

How and where can I safely work on my leadership style?

I always appear uncertain and I want to change that.
