Kind Company Introduction

Kaplan ANZ, in partnership with Kindness Factory, strives to become the first accredited Kind Company and actively focuses on embedding kindness into our DNA through the inclusion of activities and initiatives in every part of our operations.

As a Kind Company we are putting into place initiatives and actions that positively contribute to kindness. It recognises that kindness has the power to change the world.

A key component of our work with the Kindness Factory has been the development of the Kindness Curriculum, which since its launch in 2020, has been accessed for use in over 3,500 schools in Australia, the U.S., the U.K. and beyond.

What are we doing to become a Kind Company?

We have formed a Kind Committee. It is a diverse team drawn from volunteers from every part of our Kaplan ANZ business units.

In line with the already established Kindness Curriculum, the Kind Company pilot will centre on the twelve attributes of kindness.

Each kindness attribute will be explored, and thoughtfully curated employee engagement activities will be launched and implemented across Kaplan ANZ business units throughout the year.
