This topic will help you to build confidence in client meetings and develop key data-gathering techniques by providing the essential tools for engaging in client conversations. Using real client scenarios, you will learn how to listen effectively, take insightful notes and ask the right questions to guide your clients through their financial journey.
Each week you are required to complete a number of activities and submit your completed work. The activities are practical and reflect realistic workplace scenarios. Each activity is designed to support your learning. The activities include mock client interviews, note taking, reflection and discussions with your supervisor or manager.
