Welcome to self-managed superannuation funds (SMSF) for trustees.

This ATO approved course is designed to educate trustees on their roles and responsibilities, and to improve their ability to meet their regulatory obligations.

This course is based on the trustee declaration, and upon completion you will understand:

  • Trustee’s role and responsibilities within an SMSF
  • Investment restrictions imposed on trustees of an SMSF
  • The rules and limitations surrounding contributions and benefit payments within an SMSF
  • The administration involved in running a SMSF

Instructions

To register for this course:

  • Select the Enrol now button on the right
  • Login or create an account by clicking Not a Student?
  • Once logged in, select the Enrol now button on the top banner
  • Complete the Personal details and proceed (note: you are not required to enter in a USI)
  • To select the product by choosing Category: “Other”, search by: “Course”
  • Select Self-Managed Superannuation Funds for Trustees from the list, and search
  • Select the course by ticking the checkbox ‘Enrol in Full Course’ , and select proceed
  • Accept the terms and conditions and select proceed
  • Follow the prompts to complete the process
  • Once registered, your login details will be emailed to you within 30 minutes.
