The new CPD requirements will be implemented on 23 March 2020. Further information will be provided about Kaplan Professional’s new CPD offerings closer to this date.

Access to the course will be provided for 30 days from your enrolment date, however you may complete the course at any time prior to the expiry date.
Please note that you should complete your assessments and receive your certificate prior to your renewal date with NSW Fair Trading.
Extensions are available at an additional cost.
NSW Fair Trading requires certificate and licence holders in NSW to complete 12 CPD points a year as a condition of renewing their registration/licence.
Kaplan’s NSW CPD Program will give you the education required to renew your registration or licence and continue a successful career in real estate.
Upon successful completion of the Kaplan NSW CPD program, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion as evidence of training undertaken.

This course requires you to read comprehensive learner workbooks, complete a range of written assessments, undertake independent research activities and at times engage in online forums and discussions. Furthermore, the delivery mode relies on the extensive use of written communication.
