The Department of Commerce WA requires real estate agents and business agents and sales representatives, including those restricted to property management, to acquire 10 CPD points each calendar year. These must be obtained by taking part in mandatory and elective training activities as specified in the WA CPD Guide.

Access to the course will be provided for 90 days from your enrolment date, however you may complete the course at any time prior to the expiry date.
Please note that you should complete your assessments and receive your certificate prior to 13 December each year.
Extensions are available at an additional cost.
The Department of Commerce requires real estate agents and business agents and sales representatives, including those restricted to property management, to acquire 10 CPD points each calendar year.
The 10 CPD points must be obtained by taking part in mandatory and elective training activities as specified in the WA CPD Guide.
Kaplan’s WA elective CPD Program will give you the education required to obtain your elective CPD requirements and continue a successful career in real estate.
Upon successful completion of the Kaplan WA CPD program, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion as evidence of training undertaken.
